Exchange & Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please email us at support@beosome.com.

Important Guidelines:

1. All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery (including the day of delivery).

2. We accept exchanges for size issues or if you received the wrong product.

3. Products can be exchanged for another size or the correct item of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.

Product Condition Requirements:

1. Products must have the original sticker label attached.

2. Items must be neatly folded and properly packed to avoid damage in transit.

3. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

Refunds Policy:

1. Refunds are only issued in genuine cases where a defective product is delivered.

2. To initiate a refund request for a defective product, email us at return@beosome.com with:

a. Order details

b. Description of the issue

c. Photographs of the defective product

3. If a return is accepted for reasons other than delivery issues or defects, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund for reverse pickup logistics.

4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your provided bank account.

Important Notes:

1. Slight variations in colour or design from website/social media images are not eligible for return or refund.

2. If, upon verification, the product damage is found to be due to the customer's actions or negligence, no refund will be issued.

3. Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid complications.

4. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions above.

5. Only one exchange/return request per order will be accepted.

6. Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

7. Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

8. Size issues qualify for a free exchange but not for a refund.
